New full length trailer for the new Transformers film available online!

A new trailer for the upcoming live action Transfomers film is now available online at uk.promotions.yahoo.com/transformers/ and on the offical Transformers movie site.

This is a full-length trailer of the film, set to debut in July next year, directed by Michael Bay and executive produced by Steven Spielberg and based on the fan favorite toy line and animated series from the '80s.

The trailer the first in-action look of the film version of the Transformers, both the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons, as they transform, move about and of course, fight. While no visible faces are seen and no names or lines are spoken, fans will easily be able to spot the well-known leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime as he transforms to robot mode. Peter Cullen reprises his role as the voice of Optimus Prime, fans will know him as the original voice of the heroic Autobot leader.

Earlier this year fans got to send in lines for Prime to say, and voted for their favourite. "Freedom is the right of all sentient beings" which was the motto from Primes toybox.

Fan reaction to the designs of the movie Transformers has varied, due to the radical shift from their familiar forms to a more skeletal design. The producers of the film have countered by stating that the original look would not have translated well into live action film, a similar argument used for the X-Men movies. Needless to say, fans may still be impressed by the look of the film and the way the robots are bought to life.
