Anime Limited Announces First North American Slate at Anime NYC

The good folks at anime publishers Anime Limited have just announced their North American release slate. Headlining with vinyls they also have a few home video releases worth grabbing.

Announced at Anime NYC they've got Re:Zero -starting life in another world- OST on vinyl, Dr. STONE, Little Witch Academia all on vinyl OST, along with Macross Plus Original Soundtrack - Ultimate Edition Vinyl. This best of a set includes the OST, the OST II, along with OST Plus For fans only Sharon Apple: The Cream P-U-F.

They've got some nice collectors edition blu-rays, but we're most excited about A Place Further Than the Universe on blu-ray. For those unfamiliar, when Anime Limited do collectors editions, they really do mean it. Their releases often contain plenty of extras, sometimes books or post cards along with extra content too. They're really worth the money.

ANIME LIMITED ANNOUNCES NORTH AMERICAN SLATE OF VINYL AND HOME VIDEO RELEASES FOR 2023 AT ANIME NYC

Anime Limited's 2023 North American slate announced at Anime NYC.

NEW YORK, NOVEMBER 18th, 2022 - This afternoon at Anime NYC, Anime Limited Co-Founder and Managing Director Andrew Partridge and Chief Marketing Officer Miles Atherton announced the company's initial slate of releases for North American territories, including a curated selection of new soundtrack releases and boutique home video collector's editions.

As Europe's favorite distributor for Japanese animation, Anime Limited has a reputation for high-quality, bespoke releases highly sought after among fans and collectors alike. While the home video market worldwide has fallen by nearly 80% in the last decade, Anime Limited has shown continued growth each year during the same period due to the premium experience delivered through what fans call "the best anime collector's editions on the market", "All round quality products - great titles, A/V quality, packaging, and good online presence" and "the Criterion of Anime" (via customer survey responses).

All of the above releases will join the previously-announced Macross Plus Ultimate Edition Blu-Ray as part of Anime Limited's 2023 release calendar, with additional titles to be announced in the coming months.
