Ltd. are excited to announce that the UK and Ireland theatrical release of GODZILLA MINUS ONE has expanded to over 400 cinemas IMAX, ScreenX and 4DX screens from 15th December 2023.
"A gargantuan and resonant epic" according to Neil Smith of Total Film, GODZILLA MINUS ONE broke box office records on release stateside - earning over $25 million in its first 10 days of release to become the all-time highest grossing Japanese live-action film in North America. The highly anticipated film has also received a rapturous response from critics, with the film Certified Fresh with 97% on Rotten Tomatoes, and Jack Bottomley of Starburst Magazine calling GODZILLA MINUS ONE "a thunderous, profound, and exciting cinema experience that is absolutely not to be missed!".
Celebrating almost seventy-years of being a cultural and cinema icon, this latest film in Toho's classic series was crafted to be the most terrifying incarnation of the character yet with a Japan gripped by the helplessness of having already lost everything before this new, monstrous threat emerges. When despair is piled on top of despair, will the people be able to survive, nevermind fight back?
