UK based distributor Manga UK announces Dragonball Z on DVD and hints at other titles waiting in the wings.

Full Story

In an announcement on it's official Twitter, UK based distributor Manga Entertainment announced they have acquired the rights to Toei's seminal classic Dragonball Z which they plan to release from July 2012 onward with plans to release all 291 episodes by September next year.

In another development, Manga also hinted at a theoretical re-release, possibly on blu ray, of the classic animated action film, Ninja Scroll. This is ahead of the planned release of Ninja Scroll on blu ray in Japan. Ninja Scroll has long been one of Manga's tentpole titles since it's original release in the 1990's.

These statements go ahead of Manga UK's planned announcement panel at Birmingham's Comic Con on the 31st of March.
