Press release as follows:

J-POP GO returns to London this July bringing the best of J-Pop, K-Pop, Idol, Anime and Game tunes.

J-POP GO will feature performances from FUME (the Perfume tribute outfit), the debut of the J-Pop-inspired MARSHMALLOW LLAMA TIME (featuring Finny Attridge) and dance performances from GREENTEA BON BON!

FUME is a dance copy group of the Japanese Technopop trio Perfume. Fume was formed 3 years ago by 3 Japanese ladies who live in Brighton and who have previously performed at the Brighton Japan Festival.

For J-POP GO, they'll be dancing 'Laser Beam' and other tunes by Perfume - uplifting melodies and unique choreography that will make your body move.

Project MARSHMALLOW is the creative arm of J-Pop Go and is responsible for developing new music acts. Our first experimental offering is MARSHMALLOW LLAMA TIME which is inspired by our love of J-Pop, Anime, marshmallows, llamas and fluffy things in general.

We are also very proud to announce that MARSHMALLOW LLAMA TIME will feature the vocal skills of FINNY ATTRIDGE. A rising star on the UK’s Japanese culture scene, Finny Attridge has already been a contestant for the Hyper Japan UK Kawaii Star Of The Year contest, Miss Teen Queen UK contestant and also featured in this year’s NEO calendar. She has also won the May 2012 NEO Cosplay Idol Contest.

GREENTEA BON BON features the maids from the JAPANESE MAID CAFÉ (which takes place in Camden on 15th July during the day) who will be performing tightly choreographed routines to the songs by the likes of KYARY PAMYU PAMYU.

The event will also feature DJ sets playing tunes from the likes of Perfume, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, 2NE1, Hatsune Miku, AKB48, Morning Musume, capsule, Arashi, L’Arc~en~Ciel, Tommy February6, Kanon Wakeshima and more!

Our venue of choice is the wonderful VIBE BAR based in the heart of Brick Lane.
