According to Manga News, Togashi Yoshihiro wants to end his popular Manga ‘Hunter x Hunter’ some time in the near future. Apparently the reasons for this decision are headaches and lack of sleep.
Hunter X Hunter is currently running in Weekly Shounen Jump, with 22 volumes out, and chapter 252 coming out this week in Jumps.
