ADV FILMS PARTNERS WITH GARNIER MANGA HEAD TO ATTEND LONDON MCM EXPO HALLOWEEN WEEKEND

CULT EVENT HOSTS BIGGER & BETTER ANIME VILLAGE 29th & 30th OCTOBER 2005

LONDON, UK, 3rd OCTOBER 2005-ADV Films today announced their partnership with Garnier Manga Head at the ever-enlarging cult event London MCM Expo, running in its usual home at ExCeL Docklands the 29th and 30th of October.

Following the huge success of the May Expo, and in particular the newly-introduced Anime Village setting, ADV Films and Garnier Manga Head are both very happy to announce their return to the new event, a bold Halloween-themed weekend which expands the Expo still further. The Anime Village proved to be a wonderful and unique area bringing together all the prominent member groups of the UK Anime scene in one place, both professional and amateur, while throughout the rest of the venue is something for everyone, wherever you come from on the spectrum of cult interest.

ADV Films are proud not only to attend the Village, co-host screenings of key titles, and meet & greet the fans, we are particularly proud of sponsoring the Anime Cosplay Competition on both days of the event. First prize will be a portable DVD player and a unique "shopping spree" voucher for ADV’s newly minted e-commerce facilities, while runners-up will also receive "shopping spree" vouchers. Cosplayers will be able to come to the Garnier Manga Head Salon and receive free gel styling from Garnier’s specialist stylist in attendance, as well as then having their picture taken free of charge by Garnier’s professional photographer. A unique experience, and one that will enhance the cosplay experience for all attending.
