The top 10 Anime/Manga of all time as decided by 80,000 Japanese fans was held for the 10th anniversary of the Japan Media Arts Festival.

Fans were asked to vote their top 10 favourite Anime and Manga of all time and over 80,000 votes were received for the anime category and 79,000 for the Manga category. They were allowed to list up to ten titles. The results were:
