An occasional contributor to Otaku News, the nickname is "voxie", but the woman under the pink wig is Rhoda Villegas.

Rhoda was founder of the British fanzine MAME (Manga and Anime's Modern Enthusiasts) in the early/mid-noughties. It contained everything on a "by the fans, for the fans" basis. From fan art to anime and game reviews, to full-scale comics - all of which were contributed by other fans. Unfortunately, the zine was consuming too much time and money. After 4 issues, MAME diminished in 2006. However, the creativity behind it has not...
