Wing is the designer and artist of the two Otaku News mascots Miyuki and Hakubo. She helps proofread articles on the site, points out various other mistakes as well as contributing news occasionally.

Most of her time is spent producing artwork for projects and commissions. She has a personal portfolio site at CieL-Art.com, is a member of UK manga circle Sweatdrop Studios and co-owns the multimedia company WOOTI Limited.

Also if you are wondering, yes, she is one of the creators of Telephone Icecream.
